On August 20, 2020, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin held a telephone conversation with the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mohammed Haneef Atmar.
The parties discussed the situation in the region and Afghanistan, the peace process in this country and issues of further development and expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries, as well as plans for the near future.
