On 5 January 2022, the regular meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan was held in Dushanbe. The Chairman of the Collegium, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin, the Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Parviz Davlatzoda, the Senior Adviser of the Office of Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Foreign Relations Mahmadali Rajabiyon, members of the Collegium, as well as the heads of departments and divisions of the Ministry attended the meeting.
The Collegium discussed the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2021, the Action Plan of the Ministry for 2022, as well as the current issues.
The Deputies of Foreign Minister delivered the reports on the items of the meeting’s agenda.
The Collegium approved the Action Plan of the Ministry for 2021 and adopted the relevant decisions on the issues discussed at the meeting.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs gave precise instructions to strengthen the work system and improve the activities of the central office, as well as diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad.
