Addressed to the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan

State Unitary Enterprise “Dipservice” under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs you about that in consideration of the Decision of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan №539 from 15 September 2008 real estate which is the property of physical or juridical persons in territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, may be used for the placement of diplomatic missions, consular authorities and other international organizations equal to them of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan, also providing domicile for their personal stuff, only after agreement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

While renting an estate the owner must apply to SUE “Dipservice” on the subject of agreement and registration mounting of contracts for real estates.

At this point the Enterprise wants you to register made contracts and reminds that allocation of accommodation made with infringement of mentioned requirements are counted invalid.

Obeying the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan is the duty of each citizen.
