On 21 February 2021, in Jeddah, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Akram Karimi met with the Governor of Makkah Region of Saudi Arabia, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
At the meeting, issues of mutual interests in the spheres of economy, trade, investment, tourism and culture were discussed. The parties expressed interest in further developing fruitful cooperation in the light of the instructions of the leaders of the two countries.
