Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan

About measures of service and providing of proper conditions for the activity of diplomatic missions,
other international organizations equal to them and consular authorities of foreign countries
in the Republic of Tajikistan.
With the purpose of promoting of ownership relations with diplomatic missions, other international organizations equal to them and consular authorities of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan on base of mutuality principle, including proving sovereignty, economic and other interests of the republic of Tajikistan in consideration to the 69 Article of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, I resolve:
- To enter Rules of allocation of accommodation for diplomatic missions, other international organizations equal to them and consular authorities of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan also providing their personnel with domicile in the Republic of Tajikistan
- To confirm that acquisition of real estate including renting with the purpose of placement of diplomatic missions, other international organizations equal to them and consular authorities of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan also providing their personnel with domicile in the Republic of Tajikistan realizes by the agreement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- To realize alienation of real estate which is the governmental property with the purpose of placement of diplomatic missions, other international organizations equal to them and consular authorities of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan in consideration to the Decision of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Allocation of accommodation with the purpose of placement of diplomatic missions, consular authorities and other international organizations equal to them of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan is realized by the governmental authorities of real estate management with the agreement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Renting of real estate which is the governmental property with the purpose of providing domicile personnel of the diplomatic missions, consular authorities and other international organizations equal to them in of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan is realized by proper order with the agreement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- The real estate which is the property of a physical or juridical person in territory of the Republic of Tajikistan may be allocated by the owner for the diplomatic missions, consular authorities and other international organizations equal to them of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan, also for providing their personnel with the domicile, only after agreement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- Formed order by the functioning Decree does not attach the countries which present more propitious terms of placement of diplomatic missions, consular authorities and other international organizations equal to them in the Republic of Tajikistan also providing their personnel with the domicile.
- The control of implementation over the functioning Decree is led by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- Addressed to the Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan:
– develop and accept a Rule for two month period of allocation of accommodation with the purpose of placement of diplomatic mission, consular authorities and other international organizations equal to them of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan also providing the personnel of diplomatic missions and consular authorities and other international organizations equal to them of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan;
– to present suggestions on entering changes in the functioning normative – legal acts in the Republic of Tajikistan with the purpose of realization of current Decree.
