The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RT carries out the registration of the needs of immovable property on the basis of requests from representative offices and authorizes SUE “Dipservice” to consider these appeals on behalf and on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Agreements related to the provision of immovable property for the purpose of locating diplomatic missions, international organizations, consular institutions, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, commercial and banking structures, mass media of foreign states in the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as provision of housing for their personnel, are compulsorily registered in State Unitary Enterprise “Dipservice”. The department provides the following services:
Department of Real Estate (tel: 224 50 91)
- Consulting services in real estate;
- Selection of buildings for the accommodation of diplomatic missions and equated international organizations;
- Selection of land for the construction of real estate;
- Coordination of issues on the placement of embassies and residences of heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Tajikistan;
- Acquisition of immovable property (buildings and structures) for diplomatic and equivalent international organizations;
- Preparation and execution of contracts of purchase and sale, lease for all types of real estate;
- State registration of buildings in state institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- Rent of apartments and premises for office;
- Provision of legal expertise of transactions related to real estate;
- Selection of residential and non-residential premises for renting;
- Transfer of households and apartments from the fund of living quarters to a non-residential fund;
- Obtaining permission for construction and carrying out repair-construction and installation works;
- Registration of real estate lease agreements;
- Assistance to citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in obtaining the consent of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide real estate to diplomatic missions and international organizations.

The Department of Protocol and Service provides services that meets the requirements of the diplomatic corps, international organizations and the representative offices equal to them:
- Assistance in solving tax issues;
- Assistance in obtaining taxpayer identification number and tax inspection information letter;
- Assistance in registration, re-registration, and removal of diplomatic missions from radio electronics;
- Assistance in registration of representations of international organizations in state structures of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- Assisting foreign missions in opening bank accounts;
- Assistance in solving customs issues;
- Meetings and departures through the VIP-hall of Dushanbe International Airport.
- Transfer services for foreign delegations.
